My name is Thomas Wu and I am a graduate student in the Chong Liu Lab. I grew up in the Chicago area, and I received my BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University. I am currently on the chemical biology track here at UCLA and I am interested in studying materials-biology electrochemical hybrid systems. Before coming to UCLA I worked on CO2 reduction at Twelve, a startup in the bay area. In my free time I enjoy playing the clarinet, swimming, and cycling.
